Line the bottom of an 8 X 11 dish with 2 layers of graham crackers (I used them lengthwise, and across to fill in and make the crust as solid as possible)
In a medium size bowl, place the cream cheese, (make sure it's softened) and mash it with a spoon.
Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cream cheese, and stir until well blended. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham crackers.
Add two more layers of graham crackers on top of the cream cheese layer.
Top the graham crackers with the apple pie filling, and sprinkle the pie filling with crushed chunks of graham crackers
Place in the refrigerator overnight. When time to serve, cut in 2 X 3 inch pieces, serve and Enjoy!
