Ingredients

  • 1 box of Graham Crackers
  • 1 21 ounce can of Apple Pie Filling
  • 2 8 ounce packages of Cream Cheese - Softened
  • 1 14 ounce can Eagle-Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk

Instructions

  1. Line the bottom of an 8 X 11 dish with 2 layers of graham crackers (I used them lengthwise, and across to fill in and make the crust as solid as possible)

  2. In a medium size bowl, place the cream cheese, (make sure it's softened) and mash it with a spoon.

  3. Pour the sweetened condensed milk over the cream cheese, and stir until well blended. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the graham crackers.

  4. Add two more layers of graham crackers on top of the cream cheese layer.

  5. Top the graham crackers with the apple pie filling, and sprinkle the pie filling with crushed chunks of graham crackers

  6.  Place in the refrigerator overnight.  When time to serve, cut in 2 X 3 inch pieces, serve and Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

NOTE:  You can also place this in the freezer if you need it to set and chill faster than overnight in the refrigerator.  Remove from the freezer about 15 to 20 minutes before serving.

ALSO: If you prefer to make this in a 9 X 13 dish, just fill in with more Graham Crackers, add 1 more package of Cream Cheese, and 2 cans of the Apple Pie Filling to top.  The 9 X 13 dish will make approximately 12 servings
