Ingredients

  • 1 cup butter, cut into cubes
  • 3/4 cup brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup white sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Vanilla extract
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon Baking powder
  • 2 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 3/4 cups flour
  • 1/2 cup Oreo crumbs
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix flour, cornstarch, baking soda, baking powder, cookie crumbs, and salt. Set aside.
  • With an electric mixer, beat butter until creamy. Add white and brown sugar. Mix until light and fluffy. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix until combined.
  • Add flour mixture half at a time, mixing in between additions.
  • Stir in semi sweet and white chocolate chips.
  • Place approximately 3 tablespoons batter on baking pans and space 4-5 inches apart (6 per pan). Place in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes. This will help the cookies not spread.
  • Preheat the oven to 370 degrees F. Bake cookies for 17-20 minutes. Do not overbake. My cookies are done perfectly at 17 minutes.
