Coconut Mojito

This Coconut Mojito is a taste of the tropics in every sip. Lime juice, cream of coconut, brown sugar, and mint leaves come together to create a delicious, refreshing cocktail that's perfect for the summer months

Ingredients

  • 6 mint leaves plus extra for garnish
  • 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce white rum Bacardi
  • 1 ounce coconut rum Malibu
  • 1 ounce cream of coconut we used Coco Real
  • 2 ounces Club Soda
  • Ice

Instructions

  • To your shaker cup, add mint leaves, brown sugar, and lime juice.
  • Muddle to release oils from the mint leaves.
  • Add a handful of ice, white rum, coconut rum, and cream of coconut.
  • Shake until well combined and chilled.
  • Strain into your cocktail glass, and top off with desired amount of club soda.
  • Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges. Enjoy!

Notes:
If you don't have a shaker you can use a mason jar or an jar with a good lid.
