1package Little Debbie Strawberry Cake Roll's
2CupsHeavy Whipping Cream
1can Sweetened Condensed Milk
1TablespoonVanilla
4ouncesCream Cheese - Softened
121 ouncecan Strawberry Pie Filling
1package Ice Cream Cones
Little Debbie Strawberry Cake slices - to top
Instructions
In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, place the Whipping Cream, and whip until thick, and stiff peaks have formed.
Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla, and add Cream Cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
Fold in the Strawberry Pie Filling. Slice three of the Cake Rolls into small pieces and fold into the Ice Cream mixture. Place the Ice Cream mixture into a Loaf Pan, and place the pan in the Freezer, Overnight.
When ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into Ice Cream Cones, or dishes.
Slice 2 or 3 more Cake Rolls into slices, and place on top of Ice Cream Cones. Serve, and Enjoy!
