Ingredients

  • 4 cups diced red potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 can green beans
  • 6 strips cooked bacon chopped
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese separated
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and prepare a casserole dish by greasing with nonstick cooking spray.
  • Boil diced red potatoes until tender.
  • Strain potatoes and place them in the greased casserole dish.
  • Add butter, salt, and pepper. Stir to coat the potatoes.
  • Add green beans, chopped bacon, and one cup shredded cheese. Stir to combine.
  • Top the mixture with the remaining cheese.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until cheese is melted and beans are cooked through
