These No Bake Holiday Marshmallow Bars are so simple to make. They are one of our favorite holiday treats. We love the combination of peanut butter and chocolate together.
These bars can be made so many different ways. Different color M&M’s also add in some chopped oreos or chopped, maybe some Reese’s cups, crumbled pretzels ect. Anything goes with these fun bars!
So when the holiday season rolls around there is a list of treats we have accumulated. Baking usually starts early so we can gets most of them done.
We like to add a few new treats so we get to try new things too. So making some easy desserts like these No Bake Holiday Marshmallow Bars that literally take 15 minutes is ALWAYS on the list.
Here’s How to Make No Bake Marshmallow Bars:
Line a 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper and set aside
In a microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips, butterscotch chips, and peanut butter in intervals of 30 until completely melted
Stir in mini marshmallows until completed coated
Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared baking dish
Sprinkle the M&M’s onto the top of the mixture and lightly press down
Place into the fridge for 2 hours to allow it to set
Cut into 2 inch squares and enjoy!

- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1 ¼ cup mini marshmallows
- 1 cup Red and Green M&M's

You can use any nut butter or maybe tahini. If you totally eliminate it it will change the bars
