Can you make this Cherry Cheesecake Icebox Dessert with other fruit toppings?
Of course! Cherries are great but you can easily make it with strawberries, bananas, or a fun berry mixture as well. Basically any type of fruit that you’re craving is going to work out just fine.
What happens if I don’t let my cream cheese soften enough?
If you fail to let your cream cheese get to room temperature, you’re going to have a lumpy mixture on your hands. And what this means is that it’s still going to be delicious but there will be bites where you’ll get a total cream cheese taste.
Just alleviate that worry and allow your cream cheese to soften up before starting. Once you realize it’s the key to the success of this Cherry Cheesecake Icebox Dessert, you’ll make certain to do it properly every single time.
We are sure you will love this easy family dessert. It’s hard to imagine if you love cheesecake, cherries and no bake desserts that you wouldn’t love this. So we are pretty sure it will go on your must make list for every party, holiday or gathering!
