Heat sweetened condensed milk in a saucepan over low heat. Break up milk chocolate and add to the pan, melting it into the condensed milk until fully combined.

Remove from heat and pour into the lined pan. Press Cadbury Creme Eggs into the fudge and sprinkle with pastel sprinkles.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours or overnight. Once set, cut into squares and serve. Enjoy!
