This Slow Cooker Roast Beef Po Boy features fluffy white buns topped with lettuce, tomato, and a huge amount of shredded, slow-cooked beef with rich brown gravy.

– Chuck roast – Brown gravy mix – Au jus mix – Soft sub rolls – Mayonnaise – Lettuce – Tomato

Place a chuck roast in a slow cooker.

Mix brown gravy mix, au jus mix, onion powder, celery seed, black pepper, and beef broth, then pour over the roast.
