- In a small bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, salt, nutmeg and cinnamon together. Whisk the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients until well mixed. Set aside.
- Peel and dice the peaches into small pieces. Add the peaches to the batter and fold them in until incorporated. Pour the batter into a 9” loaf pan and place in the oven to bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a knife comes out cleanly. Remove and let rest in the pan for 10 minutes before turning out on a cooling rack to fully cool.
- To make the glaze, place the powdered sugar, melted butter, vanilla and peaches in a medium sized bowl and mix until smooth. Pour over the top of the cooled bread. Slice and enjoy.

- ½ cup sugar
- ¼ cup brown sugar
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup melted butter
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla

Glaze:
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 2 Tablespoons melted butter
- ⅓ cup diced peaches
- ½ teaspoon vanilla
- *Optional 1-2 Tbsp milk depends how juicy peaches are may or may not be needed

- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- In a large bowl, whisk the sugar, brown sugar, milk, melted butter, egg and vanilla together until they are smooth.
