Crispy Oven Baked Garlic Parmesan Wings are simple to make. There is no frying and no special machines. Just a baking sheet and your oven to make these babies. And of course some garlic and a few other ingredients.

First you will start by lining a baking sheet with foil. Then I spray the foil with baking spray. Then salt and pepper your chicken. Place them in a 350 degree oven for about 25 minutes.
While the chicken wings are baking cook your garlic in the olive oil and butter just for a few minutes making sure not to burn the garlic. After the garlic is cooked add the chopped parsley.
When the chicken is cooked after about 25 minutes, drain the juices and broil chicken for about another 15-20 minutes depending on how crispy you like your chicken. We like it extra crisp so usually 20 minutes works well.
When your wings are done put them in a large bowl and toss with garlic and parsley mixture.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken wings, separated without tips
- 4 tbsp butter
- 4 tbsp olive oil
- 2-3 garlic cloves, minced
- 4 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
- salt and pepper
- ⅓ cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cover cooking sheet in foil, then spray with cooking spray add chicken wings, salt and pepper the wings liberally. Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.Remove from oven, drain off liquid and heat broiler to high. Broil for 15-20 minutes until brown and crispy. We usually brown for 20 minutes.In small saute pan, add olive oil and butter, olive oil , then add garlic and saute on medium about 2 minutes. Then add parsley and let cook one more minute.Remove wings from oven, and place into a large bowl. Toss wings to coat with garlic and parsley mixture. Remove to serving plate and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese..
