Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 8 ounces elbow macaroni
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sour cream
  • 1 ½ Tablespoons dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon hot sauce optional
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
