Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes is such an easy recipe for baked garlic parmesan potato wedges. It will blow you away with its garlicy and parmesan flavor! We are huge potato lovers in my family. I don’t think we have ever had a potato we haven’t liked.
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes are so simple to make. You just mix some parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, season salt, paparkia, and dried onion in a bowl.
Add olive oil to the parmesan and garlic herb mixture then you dip your potato wedges in and coat them.
Lay the potatoes on a lightly oiled sheet pan.

I use a cast iron sheet type pan usually but you can use any sheet pan. Just make sure it’s not one that sticks.
The house smells heavenly when these potatoes are cooking. The inside of the potatoes are creamy and the outside is nice crunchy. I don’t turn the potatoes so the bottoms get golden brown.

Ingredients
- ½ cup parmesan cheese grated
- 3 cloves garlic chopped
- 1 tbsp dried thyme
- 1 tbsp oregano
- 1 tbsp season salt
- 2 tbso dried chopped onion
- ½ cup olive oil more if needed
- 5 medium-large potatoes
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400 degreesPeel potatoes and slice into wedges.Combine parmesan cheese,garlic,thyme, oregano,season salt, and onion. Mix together. Add olive oil. Dip potatoes into parmesan and garlic sauce and coat well. Lightly coat a baking sheet with olive oil. Place potatoes onto baking sheet .Place in oven and bake for about 40 minutes. check after 30 minutes as oven cooking temperatures vary. Serve as a side dish or an appetizer with blue cheese or ranch dressing.
