Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes are so simple to make. You just mix some parmesan cheese, chopped garlic, dried oregano, dried thyme, season salt, paparkia, and dried onion in a bowl.
Add olive oil to the parmesan and garlic herb mixture then you dip your potato wedges in and coat them.
Lay the potatoes on a lightly oiled sheet pan.
I use a cast iron sheet type pan usually but you can use any sheet pan. Just make sure it’s not one that sticks.
The house smells heavenly when these potatoes are cooking. The inside of the potatoes are creamy and the outside is nice crunchy. I don’t turn the potatoes so the bottoms get golden brown.
Garlic Parmesan Roasted Potatoes go perfectly with any meat dish and also are delicious as an appetizer. They are so good dipped in a blue cheese dressing or ranch dressing.
