First We start by seasoning the chicken tenders with salt and pepper.
Then We brush some spicy brown mustard on the chicken tenders. You can use any mustard you like for this. We just like the bite of the spicy brown mustard. We also like honey mustard for a change.
Then dredge the chicken tenders in flour and shake off excess.
Then dip in egg. Fry in about 2 tbsp oil until golden on one side then flip to other side. Do not overcook or chicken will be dry. Remove from pan and place on a paper towel lined dish to absorb any excess oil.

Ingredients
- 1 lb chicken tenders
- 2 eggs beaten well
- 1 tbsp Spicy brown mustard
- ½ cup flour for dredging
- vegetable oil for frying
- salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Season the chicken tenders with salt and pepper. Spread a thin layer of spicy brown mustard on top. Dredge the chicken strip in flour. Shake off excess flour. Then dip in egg.Fry in a about 2 tbsp of vegetable oil on medium heat for about 3 minutes on each side. Do not overcook or they will be dry. Add more oil if needed.
Remove to a paper towel lined plate as the chicken is cooked to absorb the excess oil.
