Cheesy Cream Cheese Hamburger Pasta Casserole – is a delicious comfort food casserole. My family has been making this ooey gooey cheesy casserole for years.
Cheesy Cream Cheese Hamburger Pasta Casserole is delicious and really so easy to make! First you cook the ground beef until it is just cooked and drain any extra fat. Then add the red and green chopped peppers, onions and minced garlic.
Continue to cook until veggies are just tender. In the meantime in a medium pot boil water and cook 12 oz of your favorite pasta. I use something different all the time. I like pasta with lines for this because it tends to hold the sauce better. This is what I used.
After the pasta is cooked mix it with Parmesan cheese, cream cheese and sour cream. I do this in the pot I cooked the pasta in. Then I pour it in a casserole dish that I spray with cooking spray.
Then I top that with the beef mixture and pasta sauce and mix it all together. Top with Cheddar cheese and your done!
Bake in a peheated 350 degree oven for 25 – 30 minutes or so.
When I first had Cheesy Cream Cheese Hamburger Pasta Casserole, I just about died! Well not really, but you know what I mean. I knew there was something I loved in it and that something was cream cheese!
