💭 Tips

Make sure to dice the potatoes evenly so they bake evenly in the oven. If you don’t, some might be overcooked, and others undercooked.

You can swap out the type of potatoes. Feel free to leave peels on or peel them if you prefer a softer potato.

When mixing with the spices and herbs, make sure to coat all the potatoes evenly so they get some seasoning.

⁉️ FAQ

Can I substitute olive oil?

Yes, you can swap the olive oil for vegetable or canola oil. Avocado oil can also be used.

Why is smoked paprika included?

Smoked paprika will give the potatoes a hint of smoky flavor. It will also compliment the ranch seasoning mix.

Can I omit the parmesan cheese?

Go right ahead and leave out the parmesan cheese if you want to create a non-dairy potato recipe. You can also leave out the butter if you need.
