- 1.5 lbs smoked pork sausage
- 3 lbs potatoes, peeled and chopped
- 1 onion chopped
- 3-4 carrots, peeled and cut into 1/2 in pieces
- 1 10 oz can cream of mushroom soup you can also use cream of celery
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- ½ tsp creole seasoning
Instructions
- Spray slow cooker with cooking spray Place all ingredients in the slow cooker and stir together.Cook on low for 7 to 8 hours. Until Potatoes and carrots are tender.
