AIR FRYER TUSCAN SALMON

Air Fryer Tuscan Salmon is a taste of Italy in every bite! Tender, flaky salmon is bathed in a creamy sauce with tomatoes, garlic, and fresh spinach. It’s a delicious fish dish perfect with noodles or rice.

– Alaskan Sockeye salmon fillets – Sun-dried tomatoes in oil – Garlic  – Heavy cream – Chicken broth – Salt – Pepper – Parmesan cheese – Fresh baby spinach

Ingredients

Preheat the air fryer basket to 350°F and coat the pie pan with 1 teaspoon of oil. Place salmon fillets in the pan, cook for 5 minutes.

Remove salmon and add sun-dried tomatoes and garlic, cook for another 5 minutes. Then add heavy cream, salt, pepper, and broth, stir and cook for 3 minutes.

Finally, add parmesan and spinach, cook for 1 minute. Plate salmon and top with cream sauce.
