– Lemon cake mix – Lemon instant pudding & pie filling mix – Lemon juice

In a large bowl, mix cake mix, dry pudding mix, water, oil, and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine cream cheese, egg, sugar, vanilla, and flour until smooth.

Pour half of the lemon batter into the loaf pan, followed by the cream cheese mixture, then the remaining lemon batter, and bake.
