Prepare cups on a tray for jello shots. Ensure fridge space for the tray. In a measuring cup, mix raspberry jello with 1 cup boiling water, then add ½ cup cold water and ½ cup vodka.

Whisk until dissolved and pour into cups, refrigerating for 30 minutes until set. Repeat the process with strawberry jello. After the raspberry layer is set, pour strawberry jello on top and refrigerate for 2 hours. Top with whipped cream and sprinkles before serving.
