VALENTINES MILLIONAIRE BARS

These Valentines Millionaire Bars taste like a million bucks. A shortbread cookie base is topped with caramel, white chocolate, red and pink candy swirls, and sprinkles.

– Caramel squares – White almond bark or melting chocolate – Red melting chocolate – Pink melting chocolate – Valentines sprinkles

Ingredients

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Line a 9x13 pan with parchment paper and spray with cooking spray. Cream butter and sugar in a medium bowl, then add flour and vanilla, mixing until crumbly. Press the shortbread mix evenly into the pan, prick with a fork, and bake for 30 minutes until lightly golden. Let it cool.

In a pot, melt caramels with cream over medium-low heat, then pour over the shortbread layer. For the chocolate layer, melt each color separately in the microwave and pour white chocolate over caramel.

Add dollops of red and pink, swirl gently with a knife without touching the caramel. Sprinkle with Valentine's sprinkles and refrigerate for at least 20 minutes. Slice into 24 pieces and serve.
