This Valentine’s Parfait is the perfect treat to serve at a Valentine’s Day party or for a romantic Valentine’s evening. It’s full of strawberry Jello, whipped topping, and fresh berries.
– Strawberry Jello – Fresh raspberries or strawberries – Whipped topping – Red sprinkles
Prepare Jell-O as per package instructions. Set aside 1/23 cup of Jell-O. Chop strawberries or raspberries. Add fruit to the remaining ⅓ cup of Jell-O. Spoon Jell-O into 5 wine glasses or dessert cups.
Cover and chill glasses at an angle until Jell-O is set. Fold whipped topping into the remaining Jell-O with fruit. Carefully spoon whipped topping mixture into glasses without disturbing the set Jell-O. Garnish with sprinkles and additional fruit. Enjoy!
