Overnight Chia Pudding

Chia seed pudding is a simple and a delicious way to easily get the benefits of chia seeds. It takes  just minutes to make and has great protein and nutrients. It's a  great breakfast option.

Ingredients

  • 2 cup unsweetened  almond milk
  • cup fresh berries chopped ( I used strawberries)
  • ½ cup chia seeds
  • 2 Tbsp stevia
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  • Mix everything in a mason jar. Shake well and place in the fridge. Shake again after  an hour. You can also mix this in a blender or Magic Bullet also.  You can also add any fruit you like  before you eat it or some pumpkin. I love it with pumpkin and cinnamon.
  • Refrigerate overnight . Garnish with berries before serving
