Ingredients
½cupolive oil
2tablespoonsred wine vinegar
½cupfinely chopped parsley
3-4clovesgarlicfinely chopped
¾teaspoondried oregano
1teaspooncoarse salt
pepperto taste
Instructions
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl.
Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes before using.
We usually prepare the Chimichurri at least a few hours before we use it.
You can use it to marinade your meat or just base it. Or you can just use it after the meat is cooked as an and spoon it over your meat.
