Ingredients
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- ¼ tsp onion powder
- ¼ tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- ¼ tsp garlic salt
- ¼ tsp turmeric
- ½ tsp paprika
- ½ tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 ½ tsp kosher salt
Instructions
- 1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Generously rub on steaks at least 40 minutes before grilling. Store extra rub in an airtight container.
