Copycat Texas Roadhouse Steak Rub consists of garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, brown sugar, kosher salt, chili powder, garlic salt, kosher salt, cornstarch, paprika and tumeric.
The best time to put the seasoning on the steak is 40-60 minutes before you grill the steak and always let your steak sit out at room temp for at least 30 minutes. When picking out steaks to grill we usually pick out Ribeyes, NY Strip, T-bones, Porterhouse, Delmonico ect.

- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp cornstarch
- 2 tsp brown sugar
- 1/4 tsp garlic salt
- 1/4 tsp turmeric
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp fresh ground black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp kosher salt
1. Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and mix well. Generously rub on steaks at least 40 minutes before grilling. Store extra rub in an airtight container.
