Slow Cooker BBQ Meatballs are the perfect easy appetizer or dinner all made in your slow cooker!

Ingredients

  • 2 lbs ground beef
  • 2 tbsp garlic; minced
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 1 bottle barbecue sauce, your favorite

Instructions

  • 1. Place ground beef into a bowl and mix well with egg, onion powder, salt, pepper and garlic.
    2. Roll into balls and place into a bowl. Freeze for 1 hour.
    3. Pour beef broth into slow cooker. Place in meatballs. Place lid on pot and set to high heat.
    4. Cook on high for 4 hours until the center of the meatball is cooked.
    5. Stir in choice of barbecue sauce. Replace lid until sauce is warmed. Replace lid until sauce is warmed. Serve
