Easy Pina Colada
A refreshing and so easy Pina colada cocktail that is always a big hit. The perfect tropical drink that is super easy to make.

Ingredients
- 3 oz. rum
- 2 oz. cream of coconut
- 1 oz. pineapple juice
- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup ice
- Fresh pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine frozen pineapple, rum, cream of coconut, pineapple juice, and a few pieces of ice. Blend until smooth.
- If needed, add additional frozen pineapple or ice for a thicker consistency, or thin out with a splash of pineapple juice.
- Garnish with fresh pineapple chunks and maraschino cherries.
