Pumpkin Spice Banana Bread combines two classic fall favorites into one delicious quick bread. This bread is filled with ripe, sweet bananas, pumpkin pie puree, and of course, pumpkin spice to create a bread that's classically fall and perfect for breakfasts or snacks.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-Purpose Flour
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ½ cup oil
  • ½ cup white sugar
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 medium bananas, mashed
  • 1 cup pumpkin puree 

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350 F degrees.  Grease and flour a 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • In a medium bowl mix together flour, pumpkin pie spice, cinnamon, baking soda, baking powder, and salt.
  • In another medium bowl mix together Oil, both sugars, eggs, vanilla extract.  Then mashed bananas and pumpkin puree.
  • Mix in flour mixture into wet ingredients.
  • Pour batter in a prepared loaf pan and bake at 350 F degrees for 55-60 minutes. Do not overbake or bread may be dry!
  • After baking, remove from the oven and let sit in the pan for 10 minutes then turn the loaf out of the pan onto a serving dish.
