In a small bowl combine the granulated sugar with the ground cinnamon and set aside.
In another mixing bowl combine the flour, baking powder, and active dry yeast. Set aside.
In another mixing bowl beat the butter with the granulated sugar until creamy and fluffy.
Stir in the eggs, vanilla extract, orange zest, and sour cream.
Fold in the dry into the wet ingredients and form a cookie dough.
Divide the dough in half and roll into a rectangle ¼ of an inch thick.
Spread half of the cinnamon-sugar mixture and roll into a roulade. Cut out the cookies and arrange them on a cookie sheet, lined with a piece of parchment paper. Repeat the same thing with another half of the cookie dough.
Bake the cookies for about 8-10 minutes in an already heated oven at 350 F degrees.
