6mint leavesplus extra for garnish
1teaspoonBrown sugar
1ouncelime juice
1ouncewhite rumBacardi
1ouncecoconut rumMalibu
1ouncecream of coconutwe used Coco Real
2ouncesClub Soda
Ice
Instructions
To your shaker cup, add mint leaves, brown sugar, and lime juice.
Muddle to release oils from the mint leaves.
Add a handful of ice, white rum, coconut rum, and cream of coconut.
Shake until well combined and chilled.
Strain into your cocktail glass, and top off with desired amount of club soda.
Garnish with mint leaves and lime wedges. Enjoy!
