Strawberry Shortcake Roll Ice Cream

This Strawberry Shortcake Roll Ice Cream combines strawberry-swirled vanilla ice cream and Little Debbie Strawberry Shortcake rolls to create a delicious ice cream treat that everyone always comes back for more of.

Ingredients

  • 1 package Little Debbie Strawberry Cake Roll's
  • 2 Cups Heavy Whipping Cream
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 1 Tablespoon Vanilla
  • 4 ounces Cream Cheese - Softened
  • 1 21 ounce can Strawberry Pie Filling
  • 1 package Ice Cream Cones
  • Little Debbie Strawberry Cake slices - to top

Instructions

  • In the mixing bowl of a stand mixer, place the Whipping Cream, and whip until thick, and stiff peaks have formed.
  • Add the Sweetened Condensed Milk, Vanilla, and add Cream Cheese. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  • Fold in the Strawberry Pie Filling. Slice three of the Cake Rolls into small pieces and fold into the Ice Cream mixture. Place the Ice Cream mixture into a Loaf Pan, and place the pan in the Freezer, Overnight.
  • When ready to serve, scoop the Ice Cream into Ice Cream Cones, or dishes.
  • Slice 2 or 3 more Cake Rolls into slices, and place on top of Ice Cream Cones. Serve, and Enjoy!
