Funfetti Dip with Cream Cheese

This funfetti dip with cream cheese is sweet, tangy, and so much fun to eat! It makes a great dessert or sweet appetizer for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • ¼ cup unsalted butter softened
  • ¾ cup confectioners’ sugar
  • 2 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 ¾ cups sprinkles divided

Instructions

  • Add cream cheese, butter, confectioners’ sugar, brown sugar and vanilla extract into a large bowl.
  • Use an electric mixer (stand or hand mixer) to thoroughly combine all ingredients. Mix for about 3-5 minutes.
  • Using a spatula, fold in 1 cup of sprinkles into the cream cheese mixture. Pour into a serving bowl and top off with the remaining sprinkles. Serve with your favorite cookies, fruit, etc.

Notes

It’s important that the cream cheese and butter are completely softened before mixing. This ensures a smooth and consistent dip.
Sprinkles can be substituted with chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, or even caramel chips.
