This nacho cheese ball takes the classic party food to a zesty new level with taco seasoning and crushed Doritos. It's tasty and unexpected.

- 16 ounces cream cheese softened
- ½ cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded taco blend cheese
- 1 tablespoon taco seasoning
- ¼ cup green onion finely chopped
- 1 cup crushed nacho cheese Doritos
- Additional green onion for garnish optional
Stir together the cream cheese and sour cream until well combined.
Add the shredded cheese, taco seasoning, and green onion. Stir to combine.
Grease your hands with nonstick cooking spray and mold the cheese mixture into a ball.
Tightly wrap the ball in plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to chill for at least one hour.
When ready to serve, place the Doritos in a large bag and use a rolling pin to crush the chips
Open the bag and place the cheese ball inside, rolling it around to cover the ball in crushed Doritos.
Transfer the ball to a serving platter and garnish with green onion before serving.
