Microwaveable bowls
Ingredients
1 15-ouncecontainer Toll House edible cookie dough
1 12-ouncepackage semi sweet chocolate chips
½cupred melting chocolate
½cupgreen melting chocolate
Christmas sprinkles
Instructions
Use a cookie scoop to scoop out small balls of the cookie dough. Roll the ball between your palms to smooth sides, then place it on a lined baking sheet or plate.
Chill the dough balls for at least 30 minutes.
When ready to decorate, melt the chocolate chips in the microwave in 30 second intervals, stirring between each interval, until melted.
To coat the dough ball, place it on top of a fork and use a spoon to drizzle chocolate over the top of the ball. When the ball is covered, lightly tap the fork on the side of the bowl to knock off the excess chocolate. Then, use a toothpick to slide the covered ball back onto the lined baking sheet.
When all the cookie dough bites are coated in chocolate, return the pan to the refrigerator to chill for at least 15 minutes.
Melt the red and green chocolate according to the package instructions and transfer each color to a piping bag. Drizzle the chocolate over the top of the cookie dough bites and decorate with sprinkles.
Place the bites back in the refrigerator for 10 to 15 minutes, until the decorations have cooled and hardened.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
