2CupsBisquick
½cupmilk
1Poundground breakfast Sausage
2cupsshredded sharp cheddar cheese
For the Gravy:
¼cupbutter
¼cupflour
2cupsmilk
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
Stir together the Bisquick, milk, sausage, and cheese until well combined.
Form the mixture into balls and place the meatballs in a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, until cooked through.
While the meatballs cook, heat the butter in a skillet over medium heat.
When the butter is melted, add the flour and whisk to combine. Continue whisking until the mixture begins to brown.
Slowly add the milk to the pan, whisking continuously. Allow the gravy to simmer for 5 to 10 minutes, whisking constantly, until thickened. Season with salt and pepper.
Serve the meatballs with gravy for dipping.
