Slow Cooker Ritz Cracker Chicken is tender chicken breasts, coated in a creamy sauce, and topped with buttery crackers. You can't go wrong with this simple meal.

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breast
  • 10.5 ounces cream of chicken soup
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 1 ½ cup crushed up ritz crackers
  • ½ cup butter melted
  • 1 tablespoon parsley

Instructions

  • Mix cream of chicken and sour cream in a medium sized bowl and set aside.
  • Melt the butter in a microwave safe bowl and mix together the crushed up ritz crackers. Set aside.
  • Spray the inside of a 8 quart slow cooker with cooking spray and place down the chicken breasts.
  • Pour the soup mixture over top of the chicken. Spread around with a spoon if you have to.
  • Sprinkle the crumb mixture over top making sure to coat evenly.
  • Cover and cook on low 6-7 hours.
  • Sprinkle parsley over top when done and serve!
