Gin Berry Cocktail

This gin berry cocktail takes the bold flavor of gin and infuses it with raspberry and fresh rosemary for a refreshing cocktail with a kick.

Equipment

  • cocktail Glass
  • jigger or measuring cup
  • Muddler

Ingredients

  • 2 Tablespoons Raspberry Syrup
  • 1 shot of Gin
  • 6 ounces Soda Water or ginger ale
  • 6 ounces Fresh Raspberries rinised
  • Fresh Rosemary Sprigs
  • Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Start by placing 3 Fresh Raspberries on a Cocktail Skewer, and set aside.
  • Add 3 or four Raspberries to the bottom of the glass, and crush the berries.
  • Pour the Raspberry Syrup over the Fresh crushed Berries, and add Ice Cubes to the Glass.
  • Add the shot of Gin, and fill the glass with Soda Water or ginger ale.
  • Add a Fresh Sprig of Rosemary in the Glass and lay the Cocktail Skewer with the Raspberries on top of the glass to garnish. Serve, and Enjoy!
