Ingredients
2.5poundsboneless country ribs
1ouncesranch packet
1ouncespowdered brown gravy packet
¼cupbutter
9pepperoncinis
½cuppepperoncini juice
Instructions
Place the country ribs in the slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch and gravy packets all over top.
Place the half stick of butter on top of the ribs and place the Pepperoncinis all over and around the ribs. Pour the juice all around.
Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
(Optional) After done cooking place ribs on a foil lined sheet pan and baste with the leftover gravy juice from the slow cooker. Broil for 5-8 minutes.
