Slow Cooker Mississippi Ribs

These slow cooker Mississippi ribs combine the flavors of Mississippi pot roast with tender, juicy boneless country ribs, and they're so easy.

Ingredients

  • 2.5 pounds boneless country ribs
  • 1 ounces ranch packet
  • 1 ounces powdered brown gravy packet
  • ¼ cup butter
  • 9 pepperoncinis
  • ½ cup pepperoncini juice

Instructions

  • Place the country ribs in the slow cooker and sprinkle the ranch and gravy packets all over top.
  • Place the half stick of butter on top of the ribs and place the Pepperoncinis all over and around the ribs. Pour the juice all around.
  • Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
  • (Optional) After done cooking place ribs on a foil lined sheet pan and baste with the leftover gravy juice from the slow cooker. Broil for 5-8 minutes.
  • Serve and enjoy!
