Reese's peanut butter fudge combines the smooth, rich texture of fudge with chocolate, peanut butter, and Reese's Peanut Butter Cups.

Ingredients

Chocolate Layer

  • 3 cups semi sweet chocolate chips
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 4 tablespoons butter

Peanut Butter Fudge

  • 1 ½ cups peanut butter baking chips
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 14 ounces sweetened condensed milk
  • 1 ½ cups chopped reese peanut butter cups

Topping

  • ½ cups semi sweet chocolate chips melted

Instructions

  • Line a 8x8 square pan with parchment paper.
  • Add the semi sweet chocolate chips, milk, and butter into a medium pot over low to medium heat Stir mixture until melted.
  • Pour the fudge into the dish.
  • Allow the chocolate layer harden for about 30 minutes before making the peanut butter fudge.
  • Melt the semi sweet chocolate chips in the micorwave or in a pot on the stovetop, and spoon into the piping bag.
  • Using a small pot, combine the peanut butter baking chips, butter, peanut butter, and sweetened condensed milk
  • Stir until melted and smooth.
  • Pour over the chocolate layer.
  • Drizzle the melted chocolate over the peanut butter fudge and use a knife to pull lines through the chocolate to give it a pretty design.
  • Sprinkle the chopped reese cup on top.
  • Allow to set overnight before cutting into squares.
