Pumpkin Oreo Truffles

These Pumpkin Oreo Truffles are the perfect addition to any autumn-themed party! They’re easy to make, bite-sized, and full of fall flavor.

Equipment

  • large bowl
  • Hand mixer
  • lollipop sticks
  • Parchment Lined Baking Sheet
  • Ziploc bag

Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese softened
  • 14.3 ounces Golden Oreos
  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 pound orange chocolate melts
  • Green candy melts for leaves

Instructions

  • In a large mixing bowl add your softened cream cheese.
  • Crush up your oreos into a fine crumb in your food processor.
  • To the cream cheese add your oreo crumbs, pumpkin pie spice and vanilla.
  • Using an electric mixer stir to combine.
  • Roll into 1 inch balls and shape into a pumpkin shape. Use a lollipop stick to make lines on the sides of the truffles like a pumpkin. Set on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  • Place a stick into the top of each truffle.
  • Place the tray with the truffles into the freezer to chill, this will make dipping much easier.
  • When ready to dip melt the orange candy melts in 30 second intervals in the microwave until smooth and melted.
  • Dip each truffle into the orange chocolate and gently tap off any excess.
  • Place back onto the parchment paper.
  • Once the orange chocolate has set you can melt the green candy melts and place them in a little ziploc bag with the end snipped off and pipe on leaves and vines.
  • Serve!
