🔪 How to Make Pumpkin Oreo Truffles

Making these no bake treats is so simple. Just follow the step-by-step directions and you have a Halloween Dessert that your guests will love in no time at all.

Step 1: Crush the cookies

In a large mixing bowl add your softened cream cheese. And, crush up your Oreos into a fine crumb in your food processor.

Step 2: Mix the cream cheese and cookies

To the cream cheese add your Oreo crumbs, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla. Using an electric mixer stir to combine.

Step 3: Shape into balls

Roll into 1-inch balls and shape into a pumpkin shape.  Use a lollipop stick to make lines on the sides of the truffles like a pumpkin.  Set on a tray lined with parchment paper. 

Step 4: Add the sticks and chill

Place a stick on the top of each truffle. Then, place the tray with the truffles into the freezer to chill, this will make dipping much easier.

Step 5: Melt the candy melts

When ready to dip melt the orange candy melts in 30 second intervals in the microwave until smooth and melted.

Step 6: Dip the Oreo balls

Dip each truffle into the orange chocolate and gently tap off any excess. Place back onto the parchment paper.

Step 7: Make the stem

Once the orange chocolate has set you can melt the green candy melts and place them in a little ziploc bag with the end snipped off and pipe on leaves and vines. Serve once the candy melts dry.
