One Pot Cheeseburger Pasta

This one pot cheeseburger pasta is a classic combination of ground beef; rich, cheesy sauce; and noodles. It's hearty, filling, and so easy!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound lean ground beef
  • ½ tablespoon cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons paprika
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 2 cups beef broth
  • 2 cups milk
  • 16 ounces elbow pasta
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Parsley for garnish optional

Instructions

  • In a large pan over a medium-high heat, add ground beef brown, crumble and drain.
  • To the pan with the beef add your cornstarch, paprika, onion powder, garlic powder, salt, sugar, pepper, ketchup, beef broth and milk.
  • Stir to combine.
  • Add in the elbow pasta.
  • Stir and bring up to boil.
  • Cover and reduce heat to a simmer.
  • Simmer for 15-20 minutes until the noodles are cooked through.
  • Stir in the cheese.
  • Once the cheese is melted garnish with parsley and serve!
