Air Fryer Tuscan Salmon

This air fryer Tuscan salmon is tender and flaky and topped with a creamy tomato and fresh spinach sauce. It's a taste of Italy in every bite

  • round baking pan that will fit in your air fryer

Ingredients

  • 1 pound Alaskan Sockeye Salmon Fillets
  • ½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon pepper
  • cup parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup baby spinach fresh

Instructions

  • Add 1 teaspoon of the oil to the pie pan and pre-heat the air fryer basket to 350°f.
  • Add the salmon fillets to the pie pan faces down. Cook at 350°f for 5 minutes.
  • Gently remove the fish with a thin spatula.
  • Add the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic. Cook at 350°f for 5 minutes.
  • Add the heavy cream, salt and pepper, and broth. Stir and cook at 350°f for 3 minutes.
  • Stir in the parmesan and spinach and cook for 1 minute at 350°f.
  • Plate the salmon and top with the cream sauce.
