TikTok Chicken Cobbler

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked chicken shredded
  • ½ cup butter
  • 12 ounces frozen vegetables
  • 1 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 11 ounces cheddar bay biscuit mix
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1 ½ cups chicken broth
  • 10 ounces cream of chicken soup

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Melt all the butter in the bottom of a casserole pan.
  • Spread shredded chicken over melted butter.
  • Sprinkle frozen vegetables over the chicken.
  • Sprinkle the garlic salt over the vegetables and chicken.
  • Wisk together the cheddar bay biscuit mix and seasoning packet with 2 cups of milk until blended. Pour over the vegetables but do not stir.
  • Wisk together the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until blended, pour over the biscuit mix, this may seem weird, but just do it. Do not stir.
  • Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, then after that continue to bake until the biscuit top is golden brown and cooked, I did extra 5 minute intervals for an extra 10-15 minutes.
