Ingredients
3cupscooked chickenshredded
½cupbutter
12ouncesfrozen vegetables
1teaspoongarlic salt
11ouncescheddar bay biscuit mix
2cupsmilk
1 ½cupschicken broth
10ouncescream of chicken soup
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Melt all the butter in the bottom of a casserole pan.
Spread shredded chicken over melted butter.
Sprinkle frozen vegetables over the chicken.
Sprinkle the garlic salt over the vegetables and chicken.
Wisk together the cheddar bay biscuit mix and seasoning packet with 2 cups of milk until blended. Pour over the vegetables but do not stir.
Wisk together the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until blended, pour over the biscuit mix, this may seem weird, but just do it. Do not stir.
Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, then after that continue to bake until the biscuit top is golden brown and cooked, I did extra 5 minute intervals for an extra 10-15 minutes.
