Step 1: Preheat the oven and melt the butter

Preheat oven to 350 degrees While the oven preheats melt all the butter in the bottom of a casserole pan.

Spread shredded chicken over melted butter. Sprinkle frozen vegetables over the chicken. Sprinkle the garlic salt over the vegetables and chicken.

Step 3: Make the biscuit topping

Whisk together the cheddar bay biscuit mix and seasoning packet with 2 cups of milk until blended.  Pour over the vegetables but do not stir.

Step 4: Make the filling

Whisk together the chicken broth and cream of chicken soup until blended, and pour over the biscuit mix.  Do not stir. 

Step 5: Bake the cobbler

Bake uncovered for 45 minutes, then after that continue to bake until the biscuit top is golden brown and cooked, I did extra 5-minute intervals for an extra 10-15 minutes.
