Ingredients
11.36 ouncesRed Lobster Biscuit Mixprepared as directed
4cupsraw shrimp and haddock combinedor any white fish if haddock isn’t available
½cupButter1 stick
12ouncesVegetablesmixed, frozen
1can Cream of Celery soup10 ounces
1cupcream
2clovefresh garlic minced
salt, pepper and garlic powder.to taste
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Melt the butter and transfer into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
Evenly distribute the shrimp and haddock into the bottom of the baking dish.
Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and chopped garlic
Evenly distribute the vegetables on top of the fish.
In a bowl, mix the soup and the cream. Mix well and carefully pour over the fish and vegetables.
In another bowl mix the biscuit mix
Carefully drop biscuits over the contents in the baking dish.
Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes. Then uncover the casserole and continue to bake for 15 minutes. Or turn the oven to 400 and cook for 10 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
