Seafood Casserole with Red Lobster Biscuits

This seafood casserole with Red Lobster biscuits is rich, creamy, made with shrimp, fish, a creamy sauce, and Red Lobster biscuit mix.

Ingredients

  • 11.36 ounces Red Lobster Biscuit Mix prepared as directed
  • 4 cups raw shrimp and haddock combined or any white fish if haddock isn’t available
  • ½ cup Butter 1 stick
  • 12 ounces Vegetables mixed, frozen
  • 1 can Cream of Celery soup 10 ounces
  • 1 cup cream
  • 2 clove fresh garlic minced
  • salt, pepper and garlic powder. to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
  • Melt the butter and transfer into a 9 x 13 baking dish.
  • Evenly distribute the shrimp and haddock into the bottom of the baking dish.
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder and chopped garlic
  • Evenly distribute the vegetables on top of the fish.
  • In a bowl, mix the soup and the cream. Mix well and carefully pour over the fish and vegetables.
  • In another bowl mix the biscuit mix
  • Carefully drop biscuits over the contents in the baking dish.
  • Bake covered with foil for 20 minutes. Then uncover the casserole and continue to bake for 15 minutes. Or turn the oven to 400 and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Remove from the oven and let sit for 5 – 10 minutes.
