Air Fryer Breakfast Potatoes
These air fryer breakfast potatoes are crispy on the outside, soft on the inside, and seasoned to perfection.

Air Fryer
- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- ½ teaspoon onion powder
Spray the basket of an air fryer with non-stick cooking spray; set aside.
Peel and chop the potatoes into ¾-inch pieces.
In a large mixing bowl, toss the chopped potatoes in the olive oil.
Add the garlic powder, paprika, salt, and onion powder to the potatoes and stir until the potatoes are coated in the seasoning.
Pour the seasoned potatoes into the greased air fryer basket.
Cook the potatoes at 400F for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through the cooking time.
Test the potatoes with a fork to be sure they’re cooked through.
Serve hot.
