large salmon filets

mayonnaise

tablespoons
grated parmesan cheese

tablespoon
minced garlic

chopped fresh parsley

Instructions
Preheat oven to 350ºF.
Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with aluminum foil and spraying with cooking spray. Set aside.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise. Parmesan cheese, garlic, parsley, salt and pepper.
Place salmon filets on your prepared baking sheet.
Brush the mayo mixture over the filets.
Bake salmon for 25-30 minutes or until salmon is pink, flaky, and browned a bit on top. Bake time will depend on the thickness of your filets.
